Free Shipping
Bond St Custom Clothiers uses FedEx (including their partner carriers), and the USPS for all of our shipping domestically and around the world.
With any purchase greater than $500, your entire order will be shipped free. For any purchases $250 and below, there is a $25 shipping fee. For purchases in between $251 to $500, there is a $15 shipping fee.
All international taxes or tariffs are included in your sales price and you are not responsible for these charges. If for any reason you have been charged a tariff or custom charge, please let us know immediately so we can investigate and reimburse when necessary.
We will no longer be shipping to Mexico due to difficulties with the internal customs.

Shipping Policy -
Our products are shipped as soon as possible to our customers around the world. We ask for only a small amount of patience to create your entirely custom clothing from scratch and then to reach your door. Please expect less than three weeks from order to delivery.
Our shipping charges are listed above. If you would like a rushed shipment, please contact us at info@bondstcustomsuits.com and we will be happy to discuss how to satisfy your needs.
FedEx is our primary delivery service worldwide. When available, we will provide your tracking number via email.
Returns
Due to our product being entirely custom made, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an error in the construction of the product, we will either (1) reimburse any fees for alteration, and offer a discount for your next purchase, and/or (2) replace your purchase with a complimentary replacement when the garment was not made to the specified order criteria, and offer a discount for your next purchase.
